Kilkenny County Council will host a Commemoration Ceremony on Easter Monday morning at County Hall, John Street.The Ceremony will be based around the 1916 Proclamation and raising the National Flag in the garden of County Hall, which will be dedicated as a Memorial Garden.

These events will run between April and May 2016 to commemorate the life, time and influences on Thomas McDonagh during his time working and living in Kilkenny.
